Privacy,
plainly.
This policy explains how Quakimoo handles information in Stillgarden, on this website, and when you contact us.
Your game and purchased coins
Stillgarden is a single-player card and garden game. You do not create a Stillgarden account. Your levels, current hand, garden, earned coins, owned assists and settings stay on your device. A limited activity history also stays on your device unless you choose to share it with support.
Purchased coins use Apple’s private iCloud storage to recover the remaining balance with the same iCloud account. This stores a wallet identifier, purchase-delivery records and paid-assist transaction records, including interrupted updates. Accessing purchased coins requires iCloud and an internet connection. Free hands, retries and locally earned coins remain available offline. This wallet does not synchronize your garden or other game progress.
Purchases
Apple processes optional in-app purchases under Apple’s privacy policy. Stillgarden receives verified transaction information needed to deliver coins or the Moonlit theme. The app never receives your payment-card details.
Optional ad measurement
If you allow tracking through Apple’s permission prompt, Stillgarden uses Meta’s SDK to measure app installs and opens, completion of the first guided hand, and new purchases. Meta receives the purchase item, amount and currency, device identifiers including the advertising identifier, and technical information such as device, app and network details. Meta may link this information with information from other apps and websites to measure and improve ads, under Meta’s privacy policy. We do not send your garden save, private iCloud wallet identifier, name, email or payment-card details to Meta. Our detailed local activity log is not uploaded.
You can decline without losing any game features. We do not initialize Meta or send these app events unless tracking is authorized. Apple may separately provide aggregated, privacy-preserving install attribution and App Store reports, subject to its privacy protections and reporting thresholds.
Your choices and data
You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Withdrawing permission stops future app-event sharing; it does not automatically delete information already sent to Meta. Meta processes shared information under its privacy policy.
In Stillgarden Settings you can change sound and haptics, reset game progress, or choose to share a local activity export. Resetting preserves coins, assists and purchase-delivery records. Deleting the app removes its local garden and earned coins; it does not delete your private iCloud paid-coin records. Device backups are governed by your Apple settings. Moonlit Garden can be restored through Apple. Contact us if you need help with your data or a purchase.
This website
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Requests to the site may be processed with technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request time to deliver and secure the website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices. Links to Apple, Instagram or other services lead to sites governed by their own policies.
When you contact us
We use the email address, message and any attachments you send to respond to and troubleshoot your request. Our email provider processes those messages to deliver and store them. Please send only information needed for your request, and do not send passwords or payment-card details. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve your request, handle related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations.
Questions or requests
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us by emailing hello@quakimoo.com. We do not have access to your locally stored game save unless you choose to share it.
Updates
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Changes to the app’s tracking, advertising, analytics or cloud storage would also require updated App Store disclosures.
